Refund & Cancellation Policy

We strive to provide you with the best shopping experience possible. Please read this Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order.

No Return / No Refund Policy

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or damaged products cannot be reused. Therefore, SENZ does not accept returns or refunds on any opened or used products once sold or delivered, except in cases of verified damage or quality issues reported within the timelines mentioned below.

Shipping & Delivery

All purchases are shipped from our warehouses through reputed logistics service providers.

Order Processing
All domestic orders are processed within 1 business day, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Delivery Timelines
Domestic orders are delivered within 4-6 business days from order confirmation.

Delivery Schedule
Order deliveries are made Monday to Saturday between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM, excluding public holidays.

Shipping Charges
We ship products across India. All domestic orders qualify for free shipping, except free trial orders.

Returns, Exchanges & Quality Issues

In case of damage or quality issues, exchange will be considered only if reported within the timelines below:

  • If you receive a tampered or damaged product, please inform our Customer Care within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear images and an unboxing video.
  • For any product quality complaints, please contact Customer Care within 7 days of delivery.

Senz is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery, including damage due to neglect, improper usage, or incorrect application.

No refunds shall be made once goods are sold.

Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by SENZ
Senz reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion due to reasons including but not limited to technical errors, stock unavailability, pricing errors, verification issues, fraud detection, or incorrect address details.
If payment has already been made, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Cancellation by Customer
Cancellation requests may be accepted only if the order has not been processed. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled. The decision of SENZ regarding order status shall be final.

Bulk Order Cancellation

Senz reserves the right to cancel orders classified as Bulk Orders, including but not limited to:

  • Orders placed for commercial resale
  • Multiple orders of the same product at the same address
  • Bulk quantity orders
  • Invalid or incomplete address details
  • Any misuse or malpractice
  • Any reward points or promo codes used for bulk orders will not be refunded if such orders are cancelled.

Refund Processing (If Applicable)

  • For credit/debit card, net banking, UPI or wallet payments, refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.

Pricing & Availability Disclaimer

Product prices, descriptions, and availability are subject to change without notice. In case of any error, SENZ reserves the right to cancel the order. Delivery timelines mentioned on the website are estimates and may vary.
